REGISTRATION OPTIONS
Lodging requests are considered in the order received.
If registrations arrive on the same day, priority will be given to the larger group with the required deposits paid.
Deposits are $40 per person which is included in the listed price.

Option 1: – $115
Includes: Dorm Room, Sessions, 4 Meals
Dorm-style lodging in Lions or Vanderpool Dorms.
One room with one to four sets of twin bunk beds.
No bed or bath linens provided.
Bring your own bedding and towels for showering.
Shared bathrooms and showers between rooms or close to the dorms.
A minimum $40 non-refundable deposit for each guest is required at time of registration.
Option 2 – $135
Includes: Basic Cabin, Sessions, 4 Meals
A Basic Cabin accommodates a larger group.
Dorm-style lodging.
No bed or bath linens provided.
Bring your own bedding and towels for showering.
Groups with 90% capacity will have preference in order of requests.
A minimum $40 non-refundable deposit for each guest is required at time of registration.
Option 3 – $165
Includes: Deluxe Cabin or Fiesta, Sessions, 4 Meals
Deluxe Cabin or Fiesta are smaller than Basic Cabins.
Bed and Bath linens are provided. Many have a small kitchenette.
Fiestas are hotel-style rooms for 2-3 ladies, with fireplace and small kitchenette.
A minimum $40 non-refundable deposit for each guest is required at time of registration.
Option 4 – $80
Sessions and 4 Meals. Stay in personal cabin or off campus.
A minimum $40 non-refundable deposit for each guest is required at time of registration.
Option 5 – $60
Sessions only. No meals. Stay in personal cabin or off campus.
(Individual meals are not available.)

FRIDAY 3-6 PM Registration - no meal provided
7-9 PM First session with speaker, and intro activities
SATURDAY 7:30 AM Devotions
8:00 AM Breakfast
10:00 AM Second session with speaker
12 (noon) Lunch
1-4 PM various workshops / activities to choose from
5:00 PM Dinner
7:00 PM Third session
9:00 PM Dessert and games/fellowship
SUNDAY 7:30 AM Devotions
8:00 AM Breakfast - pack up before final session begins
10:00 AM Final Session
11:00 AM Leave for home (no lunch on site)
THINGS TO BRING: Bible, note taking material, bedding and towels (if not staying in Deluxe lodging), personal care items, and cool weather clothing.
We have a drawing prior to each service for goodie bags. We ask that EACH church bring ONE gift bag, basket, or gift (under $20 value) to use in our drawings. It can contain one item or several small items.
