A Word From Pastor John~
As we approach the final chapter in the book of James, the Bible talks about this concept of persevering until the end. If we take a step back, and look at our lives from an eternal perspective, we can find great hope in the plan God has for our lives.
The Bible offers a warning to those who place their hope and trust in their own wealth. And James chapter 5 encourages believers to remain faithful until the final day. Even though things don't always go as planned, through Gods perseverance, we can make it through anything that comes our way.

Before you read God’s Word today, seek His help with these 5 prayers:
1. God, give me wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. 2. God, let any knowledge I gain serve to help me love You and others more, and not puff me up. 3. God, help me see something new about You I've never seen before. 4. God, correct any lies I believe about You or anything I misunderstand. 5. God, direct my steps according to Your Word.
Mission Minute
Be inspired by the stories of our persecuted brothers and sisters! At the VOM ADVANCE conference, speakers from around the world share personal testimonies about God’s faithfulness in the midst of persecution. Join us to learn how God’s kingdom is advancing, even in the face of fierce opposition. Meet your persecuted family face to face, and let God use their stories to challenge you to a deeper, bolder walk with Him.
Contact Talma Harmon and we will register our group for FREE and maybe carpool.
So far, we have 6 people signed up!
Blessings!

Opportunities to Give and Serve
Did you hear the beautiful introductions that the kids made who came from the Native American Christian Academy? Some of them were speaking the Navajo language.
There are prisoners who desperately need to hear the Gospel presented in a way they can understand. Help Chaplain Jackman get Bibles to the Navajos.
Help us get Bibles to the Navajo speaking people who are in prison here in Arizona:
Fill out a volunteer placement card in the front lobby lobby or comment about how you'd like to help on our welcome card on Sunday and put it in with the offering.
